1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to Drop Merge Blocks, provided by Baidupi (白肚皮). By using the game, you agree to follow these terms. Canonical path: /en/games/drop-merge-blocks/terms/.

2. Game service

Drop number blocks, connect matching values, trigger chain merges, and complete each level's goal within the available moves.

Platform status: WeChat Mini Game (planned), Douyin Mini Game (planned), Google Play (planned), App Store (planned). A host platform or app store independently controls its accounts, downloads, updates, and other services under its own policy; those activities are not stated as Baidupi-operated game features.

3. License

While you comply with these terms, Baidupi gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Except where law expressly permits, you must not copy, rent, sell, reverse engineer, or bypass technical protections in the game.

4. Acceptable conduct

Do not use the game for unlawful activity, disrupt the game or a platform, distribute malicious code, or infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

5. Accounts and local progress

An account system is not currently enabled.

Game progress and the total score used for the local leaderboard are stored only on the user's device and are not actively uploaded to servers operated by Baidupi.

The leaderboard is calculated on the user's device from fixed bot entries and the locally stored total score. It requires no account, integrates no SDK, makes no network connection, and uploads no leaderboard or score data.

6. Intellectual property

Drop Merge Blocks, including its code, art, text, audio, marks, and related content, is protected by rights owned by Baidupi (白肚皮) or the relevant rights holder. These terms grant a license only and transfer no ownership.

7. Advertising and rewards

Advertising is not currently enabled, and there are no rewards that require viewing an advertisement.

8. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are not currently enabled, and the game does not charge users in-game.

9. Children

Drop Merge Blocks is a general audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. Parents and guardians should help children understand these terms, manage play time, and avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.

10. Service changes and termination

Baidupi can adjust, suspend, or discontinue the service for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons and will provide an explanation where reasonably practical. This does not remove accrued rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

11. Responsibility

Baidupi takes reasonable care in maintaining the game but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights in the user's place of residence.

12. Privacy

Baidupi handles relevant information under the Drop Merge Blocks Privacy Policy at /en/games/drop-merge-blocks/privacy/. A platform's independent processing is governed by that platform's own policy.

13. Updates to these terms

These terms are version 1.0, effective 2026-08-07, and updated 2026-08-07. Material changes will be highlighted through a method appropriate to the game's current features.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, without displacing mandatory consumer rights or other non-excludable protection in the user's place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion; if that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction.
