1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Drop Merge Blocks, operated by Baidupi (白肚皮), and explains how Baidupi handles information associated with the game. Canonical path: /en/games/drop-merge-blocks/privacy/.

Platform status: WeChat Mini Game (planned), Douyin Mini Game (planned), Google Play (planned), App Store (planned). Independent processing by a host platform, app store, or email provider is governed by that platform's own policy and is not Baidupi's own game-data collection.

2. Information we process

The Endless mode's current board, score, combo and milestones, undo history, personal best, and tutorial completion, together with the puzzle mode's level progress, current board, remaining moves, win or loss state, and undo history, are stored only on the user's device. The two modes keep separate records. The sound setting and privacy consent status are stored separately on the device. If no separate settings have been saved, the game reads only these two settings from recognized earlier versions and does not rewrite the old save. Existing level records and item data remain on the device and are not used in new games. None of these records or settings are actively uploaded to servers operated by Baidupi.

When you voluntarily email us for support or to exercise a right, Baidupi processes the email address, message content, and any game version, platform, or diagnostic details you choose to provide for that request.

3. Device permissions

The game does not currently request additional system permissions.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The game's local progress handling does not rely on cookies set by Baidupi. Cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies used independently by a host platform or app store are governed by that platform's own policy.

5. Third-party SDKs and platforms

No third-party SDK is currently integrated.

Host platforms, app stores, and the email provider process information independently for their own purposes under their own policies; Baidupi does not present their activities as its own collection.

6. Advertising and purchases

Advertising is not currently enabled.

In-app purchases are not currently enabled.

7. Sharing, transfers, public disclosure, and international processing

Because device-local game progress is not uploaded to Baidupi-operated servers, Baidupi does not disclose that progress to others. The email provider handles support information only as needed to process requests, protect security, or meet legal obligations.

Baidupi does not currently sell personal information and does not transfer personal information as a general rule. If a transfer becomes necessary, Baidupi will inform you as required by law of the recipient, purpose, and types of personal information, require the recipient to continue to meet the applicable obligations, and obtain separate or explicit consent where applicable law requires it.

Baidupi does not publicly disclose personal information as a general rule. Public disclosure occurs only where handled according to law, with appropriate authorization or consent, or in an emergency safety situation permitted by law.

Baidupi does not actively transfer these game records and settings across borders; independent processing by a platform or email service is governed by its own policy.

8. Storage, retention, and deletion

These game records and settings remain on the user's device; email support information is processed by the email service in use.

Clearing browser site data or the platform's local game data deletes these local records.

Information submitted by email is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.

9. Security

Baidupi uses access controls and data-minimization measures appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or electronic storage is absolutely secure, and this statement does not reduce any duty or right imposed by applicable law.

If personal information is or may be leaked, altered, or lost, Baidupi will promptly take remedial measures, assess the impact, and notify you and the competent authorities as required by applicable law. Where applicable law permits notice other than individual notification, Baidupi will use reasonable public notice.

10. Your privacy rights

Send requests to 65126648@qq.com. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, or delete support information and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

For EEA and UK users, the legal basis is performance of a requested support service, compliance with law, legitimate interests in security and request handling, or consent where specifically requested. Subject to applicable conditions, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and port your personal data, and complain to your supervisory authority.

California users may request to know, delete, or correct covered personal information and will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights. Baidupi does not use these statements to limit rights granted by California law.

11. Children

Drop Merge Blocks is a general audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted unnecessary information to Baidupi can contact us to request deletion or other appropriate action.

If the game's functions or legal requirements change, Baidupi will update this policy and display the new update and effective dates here. Material changes will be highlighted through a method appropriate to the game's current features.
