Game support requests
For help with Keep Firing, identify the game in the subject line and describe the platform, game version, steps leading to the issue, and any visible error. You do not need to provide your real name for ordinary troubleshooting.
Privacy requests
Send access, correction, deletion, or consent-withdrawal requests to 65126648@qq.com, identifying Keep Firing and the type of request. To prevent wrongful deletion or disclosure, Baidupi asks only for information necessary and proportionate to verify the request.
Do not send unrelated sensitive data
Do not email identity-document numbers, complete payment receipts, account passwords, or other sensitive information unrelated to the request. Use the relevant platform's secure channel for platform order issues.
Response time
Baidupi will normally acknowledge receipt and complete our response within 15 business days. If a complex request requires more time, we will explain why. We follow any shorter deadline required by applicable law. This timing covers acknowledgment and a response; it is not a promise that every technical issue will be resolved immediately.
